Component cutting from a sign company that cuts everything

We've been cutting components for other businesses for years. It started because of what we are: a sign company that makes a lot of different things.
In a normal week our workshop turns out built-up letters, lightboxes, sign trays, displays and one-off fabrications. Every one of those starts as a flat sheet that has to be cut, routed, drilled or milled. So we've had to get good at cutting nearly everything, on the right machine, quickly.
Lots of materials, lots of kit
Acrylic, MDF, timber, Foamex, aluminium, aluminium composite, Corian, carving foam, mild steel, stainless and brass all go through our machines. We cut them on three 3m x 2m CNC routers, a CO2 laser and a fibre laser, each one used for the job it does best.
That's what makes component cutting easy for us. The materials are already in the building, the machines are already running, and the people on them do it every day.
What that means for you
Easy. Send us a DXF, DWG, AI or PDF file. Supply your own material, or let us source it.
Quick. We're cutting all day, every day, so your job slots in alongside our own work.
High quality. Parts are cut to ±0.2mm. They can come straight off the machine, or cleaned down with the tabs off and ready to use.
Who it's for
Sign makers, shopfitters, joiners, manufacturers and anyone who needs parts cut but doesn't have the machines or the capacity. We cut for firms across the UK, and we're happy to help with personal projects too.
