With its help, we optimized our sales strategy, introduced our innovative Neonplus® product, and expanded our workspace, resulting in boosted revenue and job creation. As The Sign Group, we've been pushing the boundaries of bespoke signage and lighting for over 20 years. Starting our journey by crafting unique signs for Europe's shopfitting and display industry, we've since expanded our horizon, specialising in faux neon products and becoming a veritable leader in our field.

The real game changer for us in recent years was the Strategic Growth Programme (SGP). Our collaboration with the SGP enabled us to streamline our sales strategy, bridging the gap between our technology, manufacturing, and sales departments. With the guidance of the respected coach, Tony Goodwin, we saw a surge of interest in our innovative NeonPlus® product, which led to a gratifying 12% revenue increase.

But the SGP's support didn't stop there. They invested in our infrastructural expansion, helping us install a new mezzanine floor. This new space transformed our work environment, allowing for more efficient production processes. It's important to mention that this growth journey also saw us creating six new roles, broadening our team and talent.
